AWS Clean Rooms is a recently launched analytics service that helps customers and their partners more easily and securely analyze their combined datasets—without sharing or revealing underlying data with each other. We're looking for a front-end engineer to join AWS Clean Rooms to build secure, scalable solutions that delight customers. You'll work at the intersection of cloud analytics, privacy, and security, to provide customers with a broad set of data controls that help protect sensitive data, including query controls, query output restrictions, query logging, and cryptographic computing tools. Our team is perfect for individuals looking to work in a dynamic, start-up like environment that also leverages the resources of Amazon. Similar to a start-up, our engineers will wear many hats, move fast, and have a direct connection between their work and our customer experience/product's profitability. Key job responsibilities
  • Be a domain expert in the front-end space owning front-end feature implementation across the full-lifecycle of software development including technical design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Work closely with product, engineering, and UX stakeholders to influence and design complete experiences that will delight our customers.
  • Provide bar-raising feedback to ensure that features delivered in the organization fit into the product vision and are well-designed, scalable and customer obsessed.
  • Mentor junior engineers on the team.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • 4+ years of non-internship professional front end, web or mobile software development using JavaScript, HTML and CSS experience.
  • 5+ years of front-end developer creating prototypes or wire-frames for enterprise web applications or workflows experience.
  • Experience developing with MVC/MVM frameworks (e.g. React.JS, AngularJS, Vue).
