What You’ll Do

As a Delivery Associate, you’ll safely operate an Amazon delivery van while delivering smiles to customers throughout the Treasure Valley.

You’ll enjoy the independence of working on your own while knowing an experienced support team is always just a phone call away.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Safely operate an Amazon delivery van
  • Deliver packages accurately and efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Follow safety procedures at all times
  • Work independently while maintaining communication with dispatch
  • Represent Quiet Man Logistics and Amazon professionally

Most packages weigh less than 15 pounds, and all packages weigh 50 pounds or less.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record (No more than two moving violations within the past three years.)
  • No CDL required
  • Able to safely operate and navigate a sprinter van or electric delivery van
  • Comfortable using GPS and delivery technology
  • Able to read and communicate effectively in English
  • Able to lift, push, pull, and carry packages up to 50 pounds
  • Able to walk up to 10 miles during a shift
  • Able to enter and exit a delivery van up to 400 times per day
  • Able to bend, kneel, crouch, climb stairs, reach overhead, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
