Job description

DESCRIPTION
The position is minimum wage with tips and delivery credit per delivery, currently averaging up to $19/hr. Driver's must have a reliable vehicle, insurance and 2 years clean driving record. As a Chick-fil-A Delivery Driver you work directly for the franchised location under the Operator, in an Operator led delivery system. This system is maintained by Chick-fil-A, and not by a 3rd party company. As a result you have the benefit of working for the location, and the strong reputation and standards that comes with our brand. The Delivery Team works under the supervision of a Director, and works as a team to execute ongoing delivery's from our location to customers, utilizing their personal vehicles. The position is expected to maintain and exceed the same hospitality and professional standards that Chick-fil-A is known for. During non-peak times, Driver's will also assist with our Drive-Thru, and Front of House Hospitality Team. This position requires the Team Member to be flexible and dynamic in filling gaps and needs while working their shift, with their primary focus on executing our deliveries in a timely and professional way.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be 18 or older
  • Valid Nevada Drivers License
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours, and lift 40 pounds
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently
  • Works well in a fast paced environment, has urgency
  • Must have a clean Driving Record for at least 2 most recent years - background checks will be done
  • Have a positive attitude, and are coachable
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Treats others with honor, dignity and respect
  • Must have their own vehicle in good and reliable working condition
  • Must be comfortable using Ipad and technology
  • Must have valid and current Vehicle Insurance
  • Must submit to a background check
  • Must be able to work during peak meal hours, and weekends
  • Must be traffic law abiding and maintain traffic safety
  • Must be on time
  • Prefer experienced delivery drivers
