The Amazon Ads Canada business is growing at a rapid pace and we require a Manager, Sales Account Management to help scale our Account Management practice across a wide range of CPG advertisers including our Home and Baby verticals.

The Manager, Sales Account Management role will help scale our Endemic Account Management organization

You will lead a Toronto-based team of customer-facing Account Managers who are responsible for growing CPG revenue and maximizing advertiser performance through consultative sales and service. Internally, you will partner closely with a variety of teams including Sales, Product, Creative, Insights and Analytics.
You will own revenue targets for your team and will be responsible for creating plans to achieve them. You will coach and lead your team to be strategic consultants for their respective verticals

You will leverage your experience and judgement to define organizational strategy, processes, tools and incentives to maximize ROI and accelerate growth. You will drive the execution of your strategy, ensuring that your team is consistently delivering measurable results in advertiser satisfaction, YoY revenue growth and business targets.
Key job responsibilities
Lead a team of customer-facing CPG Account Managers in a high-growth, rapidly changing environment
Develop and execute service strategies tailored to client needs, team development, revenue and operations objectives
Hire and develop a world-class team; effectively procure and deploy resources, manage capacity
Engage with Amazon Ads leadership to represent business results and advocate for customer needs
Build and sustain effective relationships with partner teams
Develop and implement best practices to drive consistently strong ROI, ease of doing business and scale for anticipated growth
Assess ongoing client and partner feedback to ensure performance against organizational objectives
Maintain a working knowledge of the Amazon Ads product suite, tools, and campaign management workflows.
