Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our daily fulfillment operations. This role involves picking, packing, labeling, and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment following company standards
  • Verify order accuracy and shipping information
  • Label packages clearly and correctly
  • Assist with loading and unloading shipments
  • Operate warehouse tools and equipment (tape guns, pallet jacks, etc.)
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
  • Take initiative and support other departments as needed

✅ Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous warehouse or packing experience is a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks and fast-paced work
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
  • Steel-toe boots required
  • Forklift experience is a plus

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S

Preferred

  • Experience with shipping, labeling, or fulfillment operations

Compensation & Benefits

  • Start from $18/hour
  • Performance bonus after 3-month probation
