Job description

Prime Video is looking for a Senior Brand Partnerships Manager to manage the development and execution of brand partnership programs across Latin America, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. This role combines single-title depth with multi-title breadth - you will assess Local and Global originals for sponsorship viability, build sellable packages, and coordinate cross-functional execution across multiple concurrent titles and markets.
You will serve as the primary operator connecting Content, Marketing, and Sales. The work spans title assessment through post-campaign reporting: evaluating scripts and creative materials for commercial opportunity, developing sponsorship frameworks that scale across markets, managing advertiser pipelines, and building the repeatable mechanisms that allow our international advertising business to grow.
This role sits at the intersection of content strategy and sales

You will partner with PV International Marketing, Amazon MGM Studios Creative, regional Ad Sales teams, Legal, and Finance to translate creative opportunities into revenue while maintaining brand and content integrity across five distinct markets.
Key job responsibilities
- Assess Local Originals and Global titles releasing in-region for brand partnership viability - reviewing scripts, synopses, and creative materials to identify sponsorship opportunities and flag content risks before they reach advertisers
- Develop and localize sponsorship packages (presenting sponsorships, custom campaigns, enhanced marketing activations) that meet advertiser demand while adapting global frameworks to local market needs
- Own the end-to-end partnership workflow for the region - defining handoff points, escalation paths, SLAs, and RACI matrices across PVI Marketing, Studios Creative, Brand Innovation Lab, Ad Sales, Legal, and Finance
- Contribute to the development of sales enablement materials (sell sheets, strategy decks, title one-pagers) across multiple markets, managing localization pipelines and production timelines to keep materials current
- Manage revenue forecasting and pipeline tracking for regional brand partnerships, reporting actuals against targets and surfacing risks with mitigation plans
- Serve as the primary cross-functional lead for sponsored title execution - aligning campaign guardrails, flight dates, and promotional resourcing with PV Marketing while resolving conflicts between advertiser requirements and content priorities
- Create scalable operating procedures, workback schedules, and intake workflows that reduce ambiguity as the business grows; lead post-campaign retrospectives and drive continuous process improvement
-Represent PV Ads in org-wide planning, team forums, and cross-functional working groups; influence global peers to drive process harmonization
