Location: Coppell, TX (Hybrid 3-4 days onsite in a week)

Job Description – 
Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Node.js Developer to design, develop, test, and support serverless applications that power customer interactions within an AWS-based contact center platform. The role will focus on developing AWS Lambda functions that integrate with Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, APIs, CRM systems, and backend services to deliver secure, scalable, and intelligent IVR and self-service experiences.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Node.js, AWS serverless technologies, API integrations, and contact center solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Node.js applications running on AWS Lambda. 
Build and enhance IVR and self-service workflows using Amazon Connect and Amazon Lex. 
Develop integrations between contact center platforms and enterprise applications, databases, CRM systems, and third-party APIs. 
Create reusable Lambda services to support authentication, routing, customer identification, case management, and self-service transactions. 
Develop RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures using AWS services. 
Implement secure coding practices, including encryption, authentication, authorization, and data protection controls. 
Participate in CI/CD pipeline development and deployment automation using GitHub and AWS DevOps services. 
Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability. 
Collaborate with solution architects, contact center engineers, QA teams, and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle. 
Develop automated unit, integration, and regression tests for serverless applications. 
Create technical documentation, deployment procedures, and operational runbooks. 

Required Qualifications
Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience. 
3+ years of Node.js development experience. 
2+ years of hands-on AWS development experience. 
Experience developing and deploying AWS Lambda functions. 
Experience with Amazon Connect and/or Amazon Lex. 
Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and microservices architectures. 
Experience with AWS services such as API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, SNS, SQS, and EventBridge. 
Experience using Git and GitHub for source control and CI/CD pipelines. 
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills. 
Understanding of secure software development practices and cloud security principles. 

Preferred Qualifications
Experience developing contact center IVR solutions. 
Experience with conversational AI and chatbot implementations. 
Experience integrating with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or ServiceNow. 
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation, CDK, or Terraform). 
Experience working in Agile development environments. 
AWS Developer Associate or AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification.
