Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Senior Engineer Automation Testing. The role involves creating and supporting applications that enhance customer connectivity in a contact center environment, while collaborating with stakeholders and optimizing performance.
Responsibilities:
• create, enhance, and support an ecosystem of applications that powers millions of Bank of America consumer to connect to the contact center each day.
• partner constantly with various stakeholders while applying your technical skills to all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• be self-driven, communicate effectively and frequently with team, technical and business partners.
• proactively seek opportunities to optimize performance, maintain and troubleshoot application components as required, quickly resolve problems and provide timely follow-up.
• create design documents, and user stories to communicate coding and design details.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5 - 12 Years of experience
• BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
• Skills in Automation Testing
• Must Have Technical/Functional Skills in Amazon Web Services
