Job description

We are looking for a Pega Infrastructure Analyst with strong experience in Pega Platform administration, AWS cloud, Kubernetes, and enterprise deployment automation. The candidate will be responsible for managing Pega infrastructure, performing platform upgrades, implementing DR solutions, and supporting containerized deployments.

Required Skills
  • Strong hands-on experience with Pega Platform administration and upgrades.
  • Experience with Kafka architecture, externalization, replication, and disaster recovery.
  • Knowledge of Elasticsearch and AWS OpenSearch integration.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Amazon EKS administration.
  • Experience with Helm charts, Docker, and containerized deployments.
  • Experience implementing Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) pipelines and automation.
  • Strong understanding of AWS networking, ALB, Ingress, and load balancing.
  • Ability to troubleshoot production issues and perform performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and support Pega platform environments across development, testing, and production.
  • Execute Pega platform upgrades and validate application stability.
  • Implement Kafka externalization and DR architecture with failover mechanisms.
  • Integrate Pega services with AWS OpenSearch for search capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain Helm charts for automated deployments.
  • Support Kubernetes/EKS clusters, workloads, networking, RBAC, and application availability.
  • Create technical documentation, deployment guides, and DR runbooks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with cloud-native enterprise applications.
  • Strong understanding of AWS, Kubernetes, and DevOps automation practices.
