What You’ll Do

Serve as the strategic partner and primary point of contact for high-value client accounts.

Lead regular check-ins, Quarterly Business Reviews, and status updates to ensure client satisfaction and alignment.

Proactively resolve client concerns and align solutions with evolving client needs.

Identify opportunities to expand services through upselling and cross-selling.

Collaborate with internal teams to design, present, and renew solutions tailored to client goals.

Track retention metrics and develop strategies that exceed client satisfaction benchmarks.

Present performance reports and business insights to maintain trust and client confidence.

What You Bring to the Table

2+ years of experience in client account management, ideally in IT or MSP environments.

Good grasp of IT solutions — from cybersecurity and infrastructure to cloud and support services.

Confidence presenting to C-level stakeholders and managing complex, multi-account portfolios.

Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.

Experience with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, ConnectWise, or Autotask.

Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns, risks, and growth opportunities.

Adaptability and calm under pressure in a dynamic, high-volume setting.

Demonstrated ability to grasp emerging technologies.
