Au sein du soutien AWS Enterprise, nous recherchons un(e) responsable technique des comptes (TAM) pour accompagner nos clients dans leur demarche d'innovation et de transformation, et ce, sur l'ensemble des technologies, notamment le calcul, le stockage, les bases de donnees, les megadonnees, les services applicatifs, la mise en reseau, le sans serveur et bien plus encore. Il ne s'agit pas d'un poste commercial, mais plutot d'une opportunite d'etre le principal conseiller technique et le porte-parole du client aupres d'organisations allant des entreprises en demarrage aux entreprises du Fortune 500.
En tant que TAM, vous contribuerez a l'elaboration et a la mise en uvre de strategies visant a favoriser l'adoption et l'utilisation des services AWS par nos clients, notamment EC2, S3, les bases de donnees DynamoDB et RDS, Lambda, CloudFront CDN, l'IdO et bien d'autres

Votre expertise technique et vos competences relationnelles vous permettront de representer efficacement AWS au sein de l'environnement client et d'animer des discussions avec la direction concernant les incidents, les compromis, le soutien et la gestion des risques.
Vous assurerez un accompagnement et des conseils techniques strategiques pour la planification et la mise en uvre de solutions basees sur les meilleures pratiques, et veillerez de maniere proactive au bon fonctionnement des environnements AWS de vos clients. La relation de confiance que vous developperez avec eux vous permettra de comprendre leurs besoins operationnels et commerciaux ainsi que leurs defis techniques, et de les aider a tirer le meilleur parti d'AWS. Ce poste requiert une disponibilite pour des deplacements jusqu'a 10 % ou plus.

At AWS Enterprise Support we're looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to support our customers' creative and transformative spirit of innovation across all technologies, including Compute, Storage, Database, Big Data, Application-level services, Networking, Serverless and more. This is not a sales role, but rather an opportunity to be the principal technical advisor and 'voice of the customer' to organizations ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 enterprises.
As a TAM, you will help craft and execute strategies to drive our customers' adoption and use of AWS services, including EC2, S3, DynamoDB & RDS databases, Lambda, CloudFront CDN, IoT, and many more

Your technical acumen and customer-facing skills will enable you to effectively represent AWS within a customer's environment, and drive discussions with senior leadership regarding incidents, trade-offs, support and risk management.
You will provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to help plan and build solutions using best practices, and proactively keep your customers' AWS environments operationally healthy. The close relationships developed with your customers will allow you to understand their business/operational needs and technical challenges, and help them achieve the greatest value from AWS. This position will require the ability to travel 10% or more as needed.
