Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce Data Cloud architecture and customer data models.
- Build and manage data ingestion pipelines from enterprise systems including:
- CRM, Claims, Enrollment, Web, Mobile, Third-party data sources
- Configure Data Streams, Data Model Objects (DMOs), Data Lake Objects (DLOs), Calculated Insights, Identity Resolution rules
- Implement unified customer profiles and Customer 360 capabilities.
- Develop audience segmentation strategies and activation frameworks.
- Configure consent management and customer data governance solutions.
- Monitor and optimize Data Cloud performance, scalability, and data quality.
- Design and implement Marketing Cloud solutions including:
- Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, Audience Builder
- Develop personalized customer engagement campaigns using Data Cloud audiences.
- Configure and maintain automated customer journeys and real-time activation use cases.
- Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce Data Cloud, CRM systems, External platforms
- Support campaign analytics, customer engagement reporting, and attribution models.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience developing, configuring, and deploying applications on:
