This position is fully remote, offering our Licensed Clinical Social Worker the flexibility to provide therapy sessions and engage with clients in a setting that prioritizes comfort and accessibility. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Amaze CBT Clinic, you will engage in a variety of responsibilities including:

• Building strong therapeutic relationships with clients, fostering trust and open communication.
• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs, including mental health screenings and risk evaluations.
• Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and other healthcare professionals.
• Providing evidenced-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each client’s unique situation.
• Organizing and facilitating group therapy sessions focusing on community healing and collaborative growth.
• Maintaining detailed documentation of client interactions and progress, ensuring data quality for reporting and analysis.
• Staying up to date with the latest clinical practices and contributing to quality improvement initiatives within the clinic.

The clients you will work with include individuals experiencing major mental health disorders and severe emotional challenges. Many of these clients come from diverse backgrounds and face significant barriers to accessing mental health resources. Your work will directly contribute to empowering these individuals to navigate their challenges and improve their emotional well-being, making a profound impact on the communities we serve.

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field.
• State licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience within mental health settings.
• Exceptional skills in verbal and written communication to engage effectively with clients and team members.
• Strong organizational abilities with effective case management skills.
• A keen understanding of diverse cultural contexts and the capacity to build rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

While the above qualifications are required, the following preferred experiences will be advantageous for candidates:

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred to better serve our diverse client base.
• Experience in community-based settings, particularly in outreach or direct service roles.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices specific to cognitive-behavioral therapy.
