Back of House Team Member - Chick-fil-A

As a Back of House Team Member, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced kitchen, preparing and presenting delicious food to our valued guests.

Position Overview:

As a Back of House Team Member at Chick-fil-A, you will not only work directly for an independent Owner/Operator, but you will also gain valuable life experience that goes beyond serving great food. Your main responsibility will be to provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests, ensuring they receive the signature Chick-fil-A service and food. In addition, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced Operators and Restaurant Leaders, receive intentional growth and development to help you reach your professional goals, and even have access to scholarship opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
  • Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
  • Stock kitchen inventory as needed
  • Keep the kitchen neat, clean, and orderly at all times
  • Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
  • Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
  • Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
  • Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Available during the following hours for AM : 5:30am -2pm or 5:30am -5pm
  • Available during the following hours for PM : 2pm-11pm or 5pm -11PM
