Effective AM Hosts prioritize guest satisfaction by calmly addressing concerns, keeping guests informed about wait times, and coordinating closely with the team to ensure efficient seating and service. Developing strong multitasking abilities and maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor are key to overcoming these challenges.
