Companion/Caregiver – Douglasville, GA 30135

Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week | Potential Overtime Available

Always Best Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable Companion/Caregiver to provide non-medical home care services for a client in the Douglasville, GA 30135 area. This position offers 40 hours per week with the potential for overtime and serves a client who receives care 7 days per week.

Responsibilities:

Provide companionship and social interaction

Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)

Medication reminders

Light housekeeping

Meal preparation

Laundry and linen changes

Monitor and report changes in the client’s condition

Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment

Requirements:

Current CPR and First Aid Certification (Required)

Recent TB Test (Required)

Previous caregiving experience preferred

Reliable transportation

Ability to pass a background screening

Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor

Ability to work independently and follow a care plan

Schedule:

Full-Time

40 hours per week
