Job description

TACOLCY Alumni
As a VISTA member, you will build capacity at Belafonte TACOLCY Center by designing and launching the TACOLCY Alumni Membership Program. In months 1-3 (Aug-Nov 2026), you will research alumni engagement best practices, design tiered membership structures and benefits, compile alumni contact data, and develop an outreach and engagement strategy aligned with organizational goals. In months 4-6 (Dec 2026-Feb 2027), you will establish alumni data management systems (CRM/database), create marketing and communication materials, develop fundraising and donor stewardship processes, and plan the inaugural alumni engagement event or launch campaign. In months 7-10 (Mar-Jun 2027), you will implement the full Alumni Membership Program, recruit and enroll alumni into membership tiers, monitor performance metrics (participation rates, revenue, engagement), and develop a sustainability and growth plan with documentation for long-term staff use.
Member Duties : Design, launch, and sustain the TACOLCY Alumni Membership Program, building organizational capacity through research, outreach, data management, marketing, and fundraising systems.
