Job description

The Assistant Office Manager plays a key role in the daily operations of Boat Sport Marina. This position is responsible for organizing and coordinating a variety of administrative and customer service functions while helping ensure the office operates efficiently. Duties include, but are not limited to, boat, motor, and trailer closings and registrations, accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing, rental reservations and customer check-in/check-out, inventory management, marketing support, and the preparation and management of storage contracts. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced marina environment.
