Experienced Marine / Snowmobile Technician

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a full-time Experienced Marine / Snowmobile Technician to join our award-winning service team. This position offers the opportunity to work with premium brands in a fast-paced environment while enjoying the benefits of a family-owned business.

Primary Responsibilities
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair marine engines and boat systems
Perform rigging, setup, and accessory installations on new and used boats
Diagnose and repair electrical systems, including:
Bilge pumps
Charging systems
Steering systems
Electronics and accessories
Service and repair snowmobiles (experience preferred but not required)
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work toward and maintain manufacturer certifications
Assist the Service Manager and General Manager with daily operations as needed
Deliver quality workmanship while maintaining efficiency and attention to detail
Qualifications
Previous marine technician experience preferred
Strong understanding of:
Two-stroke and four-stroke engine theory
Diagnostic procedures
Electrical troubleshooting and repair
General shop practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
Ability to work both indoors and outdoors
Mercury, MerCruiser, and/or Arctic Cat certifications are a plus
