Are you interested in helping bring promotional strategies to life through strong customer delivery, operational execution, and multi-functional collaboration? Join Altria's Technology & Corporate Development organization and play a key role in translating business priorities into scalable delivery solutions that support trade programs, sales execution, and customer engagement across the business! The Associate Manager, Customer Delivery is a hybrid role located in Richmond, VA.

This role supports the delivery of capabilities that enable trade programs and promotional strategies. You will collaborate with teams in commerce, sales, business functions, and technical areas. This will enable you to prioritize work, improve processes, and support systems and data needed for promotional initiatives. Success in this role requires proficiency in aligning business objectives with technology delivery while driving continuous improvement across trade program operations.

What you will be doing:
  • Engaging with business customers to translate promotional strategies into prioritized business and technology delivery initiatives.
  • Collaborating with business, sales, operations, and technical groups to understand program objectives, workflows, and user needs.
  • Converting business requirements into clear user stories, delivery plans, and actionable work items for delivery teams.
  • Supporting the delivery and ongoing improvement of systems, data, and processes that enable promotional program execution and tracking.
  • Aligning trade program delivery priorities with technology capabilities, operational requirements, and business objectives.
  • Coordinating across customer delivery and enterprise technology teams to ensure successful execution of promotional initiatives.
  • Analyzing data, business processes, and operational performance to seek opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Driving Agile delivery practices that enhance execution, clarity, customer engagement, and business outcomes.
We want you to have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years supporting business, operations, technology, customer delivery, or related initiatives.
  • Experience working within Agile delivery environments and applying project management principles to drive successful outcomes.
  • Deep technical proficiency capable of bridging business objectives and technology-enabled solutions.
  • Expertise in SQL and experience performing data manipulation, analysis, and reporting activities.
  • Knowledge of trade promotion processes, customer delivery operations, or commercial execution programs; Trade Promotion Management (TPM) experience is preferred.
  • Superb communication and collaboration skills demonstrating influence and effective partnership across multi-functional teams.
  • Strong prioritization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The starting salary is based on but not limited to experience, knowledge, and qualifications in determining compensation decisions. The Salary Range for this position is: $104,900.00 - $152,150.00.
