This position is fully remote, enabling you to deliver therapy services from the comfort of your home while maintaining a work-life balance. Utilizing advanced telehealth technology, you will engage with clients through video conferencing and other digital communication tools, ensuring accessibility and convenience. Our telehealth platform supports electronic health record (EHR) systems, enhancing your ability to provide effective and timely care to those in need.

• Conduct initial assessments by meeting with clients to thoroughly analyze their mental health status and identify their specific needs.

• Develop tailored therapeutic plans that outline a course of therapy aimed at addressing the unique challenges faced by each patient.

• Maintain regular follow-up sessions with clients, providing continuous support and adjustment to their treatment plans as necessary.

• Equip clients with skills and tools to manage their mental health concerns, fostering resilience and encouraging personal growth.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to treatment, making necessary referrals when appropriate.

You will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Our patient population consists of individuals from all walks of life, each requiring a compassionate and tailored approach to their mental health journey. Your expertise and understanding will help foster a supportive environment to facilitate their healing process.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of related clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Proficiency in utilizing electronic clinical systems and electronic health records (EHR) to document patient interactions and progress effectively.

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is highly desired, as it will enhance communication with a broader range of clients.

• Experience with diverse therapeutic modalities and knowledge of evidence-based practices in mental health care.

• Demonstrated skills in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
