Our mission is to provide a safe, thrilling experience for guests of all ages, and we're looking for a passionate, motivated, and driven individual to join our management team as an Assistant General Manager.Position Overview:As the Assistant General Manager (AGM), you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of the park, ensuring a top-notch experience for both guests and team members. You will assist the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of the business, from managing staff and maintaining a safe, clean facility to driving sales and ensuring excellent customer service. This is a leadership role where you'll have the opportunity to develop skills in management, customer relations, and operations while contributing to the growth and success of the park.Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Staff Management: Assist in recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team of employees.
