Pay Rate: $2,400.00 - $2,600.00 gross per week

Number of Positions: 1

Travel:  Yes - Onsite lodging, $600.00/month

Assignment Length: 13 weeks from start w/ chance to extend 

EMR: Altera

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, 1 hour lunch

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • 1 year minimum relative experience
  • 2-3 years preferred
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a school accredited by the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA). Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) graduate may be considered.

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • BLS 
  • Must have and maintain certification of clinical competence in Speech-Language Pathology from ASHA or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year.

LICENSURE REQUIREMENT 

  • Any State License


ABOUT THE FACILITY 

This facility is a 73-bed regional referral medical center in Tuba City, Arizona on the Navajo Reservation. TCHRCC’s service area is 6,000 square miles and covers the western region of the Navajo, Hopi, and San Juan Paiute Reservations.

In 2021, TCRHCC received over 250,000 patient visits a year at the main campus and at satellite facilities in Flagstaff, at Sacred Peaks Clinic; LeChee Health & Wellness Facility near Page, a clinic at Bodaway/Gap, Cameron, and the Kaibeto Creek Independent Living Center. A mobile health program also travels to remote corners of the service area.
