• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, ensuring the development of effective and personalized treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions using recognized therapeutic modalities tailored to clients' specific situations, including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused approaches.
• Incorporate engaging activities and interventions that promote personal growth, offering skills-based coaching to help clients manage anxiety, depression, and trauma.
• Set and regularly review therapeutic goals in partnership with clients, adapting treatment plans as necessary based on progress and feedback.
• Utilize advanced telehealth platforms to deliver therapy sessions, connecting effectively with clients who may have mobility or access challenges.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to ethical guidelines and the highest standards of practice.
• Participate in peer consultation groups and continuous learning opportunities to enrich your clinical expertise and stay updated with emerging trends in mental health.

Your primary focus will be on supporting school-age children and adolescents experiencing a range of mental health challenges. These may include anxiety, behavioral issues, depression, and trauma-related difficulties. Creating a safe and trusting environment is crucial for fostering open dialogue and empowering clients in their healing journeys.

• Current active license in Washington State as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or PsyD.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship-building that facilitates a safe, trusting therapeutic atmosphere.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage documentation and client caseload efficiently, ensuring regulatory compliance in all processes.

• Experience working in a school setting or with adolescent populations is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with teletherapy strategies and platforms aids in delivering effective remote care.
• Experience in a private practice environment can provide useful insights into client-centered approaches.
