Job Summary :

Our Competition Services department is looking for individuals with a love for ski racing to be part of our Race Crew. If you want to have a hand in the action, join our team and bring our race courses to life.

**Job Specifications: **

  • Starting Wage: $23.00/hr - $29.22/hr

  • Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027

  • Shift Type: Full Time hours available

  • Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age

  • Housing Availability: Yes

**Job Responsibilities: **

  • Perform daily set up and maintenance of race facilities.

  • Event venue construction, maintenance, and event support.

  • Other duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements: **

  • Able to lift & carry up to 50 lbs.

  • Able to ski/ride with equipment.

  • Valid Driver’s License.

  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English.

  • Ski to minimum of Level 7.

  • Able to work extended hours outdoors in an alpine environment.

  • Basic hand tool knowledge and skill preferred.

The expected pay range is $23.00/hr - $29.22/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
