Alpine Health System is seeking a dedicated and licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our mental health team. • Establish a positive, therapeutic rapport with clients, building trust and open communication to facilitate effective counseling.
• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders, tailoring treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each individual.
• Create, implement, and regularly adjust individualized treatment plans based on client progress and feedback, ensuring every session is purposeful and directed towards measurable outcomes.
• Facilitate dynamic therapy sessions, both individually and in groups, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote healing and resilience among clients.
• Maintain detailed, accurate clinical documentation through our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and external specialists to provide comprehensive care by making referrals as necessary for additional support.

• A valid and active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is essential.
• Proven experience in providing individual and group therapy, demonstrating an understanding of diverse therapeutic modalities and interventions.
• Strong organizational capabilities and time-management skills are critical for effectively balancing caseloads and administrative tasks.

• Experience with teletherapy platforms and digital mental health tools will be a significant advantage, enabling effective remote service delivery.
• Familiarity with treatment planning and progress evaluation using standardized assessment tools.
• Previous engagement in community outreach or mental health education initiatives is desirable.
