As a Mental Health Counselor at Alpine Health Solutions, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs to understand their unique challenges.
• Developing individualized treatment plans that leverage evidence-based therapeutic modalities aimed at promoting personal growth and well-being.
• Offering one-on-one therapy sessions, both in-person and through teletherapy options, to ensure accessibility and meet client preferences.
• Setting and monitoring therapeutic goals in coordination with clients to track progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Engaging in ongoing professional development through workshops, seminars, and continuing education initiatives that enhance your skills and knowledge in mental health care.

The clients you will serve at Alpine Health Solutions encompass a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist (PsyD).
• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required. A Master's or Doctoral Degree is preferred and may influence your caseload and responsibilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that demonstrate empathy, compassion, and support for clients on their journey to healing.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities that allow for effective case management and efficiency in a remote setting.

While specific experience in mental health counseling is necessary, candidates who demonstrate well-developed clinical skills and a background working with various client populations will be favored. Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling environments is particularly advantageous as we adapt our services to meet modern demands.

Alpine Health Solutions offers a competitive salary range between USD 90,000 and 110,000 annually, which is commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
