Job description

Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or a related field and 8 years of progressive post-baccalaureate, experience in the job offered or in a Manager, Software Engineer, Site Reliability Engineering-related occupation.
  • Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or a related field, and 6 years of experience in the job offered or in a Manager, Software Engineer, Site Reliability Engineering-related occupation.
  • Position requires 6 years of experience in the following: Software development in one or more programming languages or Code evaluation and software optimization; Design, analysis, and troubleshooting of distributed systems or Systems architecture optimization for testability, performance, and reliability; Team management and personnel development or Performance feedback and coaching; Conflict resolution for escalated issues or Partnership management with stakeholders and decision-makers; and Process automation and simplification design or Systems thinking for component interrelation analysis.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $213,100 - $300,000 20% bonus target equity benefits determined by role, level, and location.   • Oversee cross-team engineering projects and improve operational practices to drive reliability, maintainability, and stakeholder alignment. Mentor team members and drive organizational growth through active participation in hiring, training, and community development initiatives.
