Job description

Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering Management or a related field and 8 years of progressive post-baccalaureate, experience in the job offered or in a Technical Program Manager-related occupation.
  • Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering Management or a related field, and 6 years of experience in the job offered or in a Technical Program Manager-related occupation.
  • Position requires 6 years of experience in the following: Creating project plans; Developing technical and program roadmaps; Developing program governance plans; Developing metric plans (including leading and trailing KPIs); and Conducting technical defect analysis.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $203,700 - $279,000 20% bonus target equity benefits determined by role, level, and location. Position reports to the Google Chandler, AZ office & may allow for a hybrid schedule as per Google policy.
Responsibilities
  • Implement executive and key partner communications standards across the program portfolio.
  • Lead a governance structure to drive effective decision-making and mitigate cross-team dependencies.
  • Establish a reliable cadence for program reviews, prioritization, and resource stewardship.
  • Define and manage a high-impact program portfolio that translates ambiguous goals into measurable objectives.
  • Identify and apply change management opportunities that increase program velocity. Build strategic alliances with cross-functional stakeholders and influence technical roadmaps.
