Job Summary

The primary responsibilities of this role include assisting customers with their building and construction supply needs, supporting store operations, and maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient sales floor. Sales Associates strive to maintain an outstanding customer experience that reflects our values and commitment to service.
Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in person and over the phone with their building and construction supply needs.
  • Answer customer questions, help locate merchandise, and recommend additional products to help customers complete their projects.
  • Process special orders as needed.
  • Fulfill all follow-up promises, if any.
  • Inform customers about current promotions, upcoming sales events, and new products.
  • Merchandise products according to established planograms and maintain accurate sales signage.
  • Support fellow team members and assist with additional store tasks as needed.

Qualifications
