About the role
Compensation: $50,000 base + uncapped commission, with $100,000 OTE
Growth: Up to a 2.5% pay raise every 6 months

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be on the front lines of our growth - generating leads, qualifying new prospects, and setting the sales team up to close. It's a hands-on opportunity to sharpen your sales skills, learn from experienced leaders, and make a real, visible impact from day one. We're looking for someone with a track record of top performance and a drive to go above and beyond.
What You'll Do
- Become a product expert across our suite and develop a deep understanding of our Ideal Customer Profile
- Proactively identify and engage prospects within our target audience to discover and qualify new business opportunities
- Craft strategic, personalized outreach that generates interest and books qualified meetings for the sales team
- Use Salesloft to drive consistent prospecting activity, manage a robust pipeline, and keep Salesforce up to date
- Build a steady pipeline of sales-qualified product demos for the sales team
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Support to refine sales strategy and messaging
- Continuously improve sales cadences and messaging to boost conversion
- Consistently achieve and exceed quota

- Proficient in pre-call planning, call control, lead qualification, and pipeline management.
