About the role

Compensation: $50,000 base + uncapped commission, with $100,000 OTE
Growth: Up to a 2.5% pay raise every 6 months

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be on the front lines of our growth - generating leads, qualifying new prospects, and setting the sales team up to close. What You'll Do

  • Become a product expert across our suite and develop a deep understanding of our Ideal Customer Profile
  • Proactively identify and engage prospects within our target audience to discover and qualify new business opportunities
  • Craft strategic, personalized outreach that generates interest and books qualified meetings for the sales team
  • Use Salesloft to drive consistent prospecting activity, manage a robust pipeline, and keep Salesforce up to date
  • Build a steady pipeline of sales-qualified product demos for the sales team
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Support to refine sales strategy and messaging
  • Continuously improve sales cadences and messaging to boost conversion
  • Consistently achieve and exceed quota

Qualifications

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive team-based environment.
  • Proficient in pre-call planning, call control, lead qualification, and pipeline management.
  • Strong communication, listening, and presentation skills.
