ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Joining The Reeves Agency as a Allstate Insurance Sales Position means becoming an essential part of a growing and customer-focused insurance agency. We’re specifically seeking someone with prior Allstate experience who can step in with confidence, understand carrier systems, and contribute quickly.
Your initiative, people skills, and ability to connect with customers will help strengthen our presence in the community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys uncovering customer needs, presenting thoughtful insurance solutions, and working toward clear sales goals within the Allstate environment.
This opportunity allows you to leverage your existing Allstate knowledge while continuing to grow professionally in a supportive, results-driven setting.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Seek out and develop new business through lead generation, referrals, and warm leads
  • Confidently navigate Allstate systems and products to quote, bind, and service policies
  • Explain coverage options clearly and recommend solutions that fit customer needs
