Strategy and Operations Managers optimize approaches and outcomes to deliver consumer value, business value, and support Allstate's broader enterprise growth and transformation strategy. These managers quickly grow to lead initiatives with true cross-functional scope, taking ideas from zero to launch and beyond.Key Responsibilities
  • Identify new product and business opportunities: Use strong business judgment and insights from internal and external signals to uncover and prioritize the most promising opportunities for Allstate now and in the future.

  • Develop comprehensive strategies: Create holistic plans for selected opportunities, considering market dynamics, business models, and go-to-market approaches to craft the best path forward.

  • Align with enterprise goals: Integrate new product strategies and business models with Allstate's broader objectives to capture synergies and maximize impact.

Compensation

Base compensation offered for this role is $100,000 -$160,000 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
*** Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay (i.e. commission, bonus, etc.) as applicable for the role.
