Responsibilities

Review existing client policies to ensure they are adequately protected and suggest updates when life changes occur.

Answer incoming client questions regarding their coverage, billing, or claims with kindness and patience.

Process policy changes and payments accurately to ensure seamless account management.

Proactively reach out to clients to schedule coverage reviews and build lasting rapport.

Maintain organized electronic files and document all client interactions thoroughly.

Collaborate with the broader team to resolve complex service issues and share best practices.

Requirements

Active New Jersey Property Casualty Insurance License. required

Demonstrated experience in customer service or a client-facing role.

Strong comfort level with computers and navigating multiple software systems simultaneously.

Clear and empathetic verbal communication style.

Previous experience working in an insurance office environment.

Ability to commute to the Summit, New Jersey office regularly.
