Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective policyholders, delivering exceptional customer service

Process policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations accurately and efficiently

Respond to inbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries regarding coverage, billing, and claims

Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to support clients with auto, home, life, and commercial insurance needs

Assist clients through the claims process, providing guidance and follow-up support

Maintain accurate client records and documentation within agency management systems

Requirements:

Active New York Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License required

Prior experience in insurance customer service, sales, or a related field preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
