Registered Nurse Labor and Delivery

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: 8 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Hours Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Labor and Delivery License: Current State License or Compact License Required Certifications: BLS, NRP, ACLS, C-EFM Must-Have: LDRP Experience Description: Locals not accepted. Radius restriction is 50 miles. First-time travelers are accepted. Electronic Medical Record: AllScripts. Block scheduling is allowed and can be discussed during the interview. Weekends are required every third weekend. Call is not required. Floating is required as needed within scope. The unit performs approximately 330 births annually. References must be two recent references from a manager, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for. AHA certifications are required; RQI certifications are acceptable. AllScripts charting experience is preferred. Background checks will be reviewed by the facility.
