Brooklyn, NY | Full-Time | Days
Schedule: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: $140,000–$160,000 annually, based on experience

Lead Admissions. Drive Census. Build Relationships.

Atrium Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing is seeking an experienced Admissions Director to lead our admissions process and strengthen relationships with hospitals, referral sources, residents, and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage referrals, admissions, insurance verification, and authorizations

  • Drive census growth and meet referral response goals

  • Build strong relationships with hospitals and community referral partners

  • Conduct facility tours and guide families through the admissions process

  • Oversee admission documentation and census reporting

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Billing, MDS, and Concierge teams

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of healthcare admissions/intake experience

  • Prior SNF/post-acute experience required

  • Admissions Director or Admissions Coordinator experience required

  • Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and insurance authorizations

  • PointClickCare, NaviHealth, CarePort, and AllScripts experience preferred

  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
