Account Executive, Partnerships (Bilingual) – AllPro Group

Hybrid, Miami, FL

AllPro Group is hiring a bilingual Account Executive to close new partnerships and grow revenue.

This role is for someone who likes talking to people, hitting goals, and earning strong commission through performance.

You will run discovery calls, present solutions, and close partners.

You will not be buried in admin. Sales support is built in.

What you will do

Sales and closing

Speak with business owners and potential partners in English and Spanish

Run discovery calls and demos

Close new merchant and partner accounts

Hit clear monthly sales targets

Partner development

Recruit and onboard new partners and ambassadors

Build relationships with referral partners

Set expectations and hand off cleanly to onboarding

Pipeline ownership

Keep deals moving forward

Log accurate notes and next steps

Work closely with Sales Operations for follow-up and scheduling

You are a fit if you

Are fluent in English and Spanish, spoken and written

Are comfortable with commission-based earnings

Like goals, structure, and accountability

Present well with business owners

Follow up without being chased

Experience we prefer

2+ years in sales, business development, or account management

Experience selling services, financial products, POS, or B2B solutions is a plus
