RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Interact with all levels of the organization to facilitate successful Enterprise Customer installations and support needs.
    • Collaborate effectively with Field Services, Sales Engineering, Sales Representatives, Voice Engineering, NTAC & our Cloud Voice Team while working toward common goals related to our customer journey.
  • Maintain knowledge of latest best practices and ALLO deployments to best support our customers.
  • Effectively present and discuss analysis and insights with customers and team members alike in narrative or visual form.
  • Be flexible and willing to put your drive to work.
  • Learn each customer individually, that is what Enterprise Business is all about, strong relationship building is a must.
  • Day to day functions to include but are not limited to:Setting up new service, owning your list of high touch clientele, solving problems, coordinating with third party vendors, mostly though, be exceptional.
  • Being in an on-call rotation, our customers need us 24/7, so your day could run into an evening.

Traveling to be on-site for customer installations & provide training on ALLO deployments as needed

Experience:

  • 2+ Year(s) of previous customer service experience.
  • Previous telecommunications or networking experience preferred.
  • Prior work in Project Management preferred.

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Post-Secondary Education Strongly Preferred.

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:

  • Firm and energetic belief in providing exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with technical and non-technical clients.
  • Proficiency in using software applications, databases, and word processing is required.
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organization and prioritizing skills.
  • Results oriented and ability to manage multiple projects & priorities.
  • Exceptional communication, verbal and written.
  • Ability to learn and grasp new concepts on the job and work through problems in a logical manner.
  • Ability to be self-directed and the ability to handle confidential information. Strong analytical skills and ability to convey that information succinctly and clearly.
  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization capabilities.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills internally and customer-facing. Well-versed in communicating at both the technician as well as customer level.
  • Ability to positively influence and collaborate with stakeholders in other organizations to accomplish objectives while maintaining relationships.
  • Ability to remain approachable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Utilize our data-driven monitoring systems to proactively identify and resolve potential issues before customers are even aware that they exist.
  • The desire to dig deeper to solve a problem, both independently and working with your teammates.
