Job description

Job Summary:
ALLO Fiber is a company dedicated to serving its communities through innovative technology solutions. They are seeking a Business Sales Account Manager to drive sales of Managed IT, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Based Business Phone services to existing clients, while developing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
• Selling a high-volume of Allo services to existing clients, including Managed IT, Cybersecurity, Cloud Based Business Phone Systems and Fiber Optic Internet. Sales will be expected across Allo’s fiber footprint (Arizona, Colorado, Missouri, Nebraska) as well as outside of Allo’s fiber footprint.
• Developing and executing prospecting strategies to identify and qualify new upsell and cross-sell opportunities amongst Allo’s existing client base.
• Building value in Allo’s product set via engaging client presentations
• Developing deep knowledge of Allo’s diverse product set to best position our services to solve technology pain points.
• Visiting Allo’s clients in-person to prospect and build relationships. Prospecting will also be done via phone, email, social media or any other effective means.
• Prospect and sell remotely in regions outside of your home base via virtual meetings
• Follow direction and execute best practice strategies related to prospecting, client presentations and order submission.
• Attend networking events to develop relationships and expand reach.
• Virtual and face-to-face meetings with clients for sales and installations
Qualifications:
Required:
• 2+ years experience in sales positions
• Demonstrated success in sales roles where high-volume prospecting and self-generated leads/opportunities are required
• Experience and success using CRM to track leads and pipelines while meeting weekly sales goals
• Experience working independently
• Ability to problem solve and work independently with minimal oversight
• Relentless drive for prospecting and pursuing sales opportunities, strong work-ethic
• Professional business acumen and character, including personal appearance/dress
• Coachable and willing to accept constructive, straight-forward feedback
• Passionate about solution and value selling and building relationships to become a trusted advisor
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Able to create and execute presentations in a professional setting, particularly via PowerPoint
• Strong oral and written communications
• Ability to prospect, move sales opportunities forward and close deals independently with little assistance/supervision
• Raise objects up to 25 lbs
• Ability to operate a computer
• Remain stationary for extended periods
• Ability to communicate information
• Possess/maintain valid driver's license
Preferred:
• Understanding of telecommunications services, preferred but not required
