We are currently seeking an experience Enterprise Information Management Subject Matter Expert to play a key role within a high-impact technical services team.

The MDM Data Quality Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness and consistency of master data within client’s MDM environment. This role will define and enforce data quality rules, perform data profiling, identify and resolve data issues, and develop metrics and dashboards to track quality trends. The analyst will collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure master data meets established standards and supports downstream business processes.

Functional Responsibilities:

Essential Functions include, but are not limited to:

  • Define, document, and enforce data quality rules for master data.
  • Profile and analyze data to identify issues, patterns, and trends.
  • Perform regular data quality tests and validation activities.
  • Collaborate with departments to resolve discrepancies and improve data quality.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, scorecards and KPIs for data quality reporting.
  • Support MDM projects by providing quality metrics and recommendations.
  • Stay current with best practices and trends in data quality management.

Minimum (Required):

Years

Skills/Experience

7+

Data Quality Analysis experience, preferably in an MDM environment

Strong SQL and database query skills

Experience with relational and dimensional data models.

Proven ability to create and track measures, metrics, and KPIs

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field.


Preferred (Optional):

Skills/Experience

Experience profiling data in Informatica MDM.

Advanced data visualization and skills for management-level reporting.

Master’s degree in Information Systems or related field.
