Alliance offers a full range of roofing solutions, including single-ply, built-up systems, tile, slate, metal, cool roofs, and living roofs with gardens. With an in-house metal fabrication shop in Santa Clara, the company delivers complete metal roofing systems, custom flashings, CAD support, and comprehensive services such as preventive maintenance, UV-reflective coatings, inspections, and 24/7 emergency leak response.

Role Description

This full-time, Project Manager role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Project Manager oversees commercial roofing and waterproofing projects from planning through completion, including scheduling, budgeting, and coordination of materials, equipment, and labor. Daily responsibilities include managing subcontractors and vendors, tracking project progress, expediting deliveries, and ensuring work meets safety, quality, and building code standards. The role includes conducting site inspections, resolving logistical issues, communicating with clients and internal teams, and preparing project documentation and status reports. The Project Manager also responsible for bid preparation and collaborates with operations teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Qualifications
  • Strong project management skills with experience overseeing construction or roofing projects, including Project Management and Inspection capabilities.
  • Ability to read plans, develop a thorough estimate/bid and present the bid to clients.
  • Experience in expediting project workflows and materials, including Expeditor and Expediting skills.
  • Knowledge of logistics management for construction sites, including Logistics Management skills for scheduling, delivery coordination, and resource allocation.
  • Prior experience in commercial roofing, waterproofing, or related construction fields is highly beneficial.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with field crews, suppliers, and clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency with project management software and basic office applications.
  • Relevant education or training in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
