HealthPRO Heritage is looking for a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join an established, high functioning rehab team at Mt Carmel Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Manchester, NH. This is a high volume, well supported skilled nursing setting where you will work alongside a dedicated team of therapists who take pride in the care they provide to residents every day.

Up to $10,000 in Sign On Bonus or Relocation Assistance

  • Compensation range $48 to $53 per hour, based on years of experience

What You Will Do

  • Patient Assessment Evaluate patients' physical conditions, including mobility, strength, and flexibility.
  • Treatment and Education Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other treatments to enhance functionality and alleviate pain. Educate patients and families on exercises, posture, and body mechanics to aid recovery, prevent injuries, and support home routines and lifestyle changes.
  • Documentation Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Collaboration Work closely with a supportive, established team of healthcare providers to ensure effective patient care, and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.

What You Bring

  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist, or license eligible, including candidates eligible for PT Compact privileges
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing effective treatment plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient centered approach
  • Ability to lift and assist patients as needed, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks related to therapy
