Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about the automotive industry? Do you enjoy reviewing repair information, building accurate estimates, and ensuring every repair order is billed correctly?
TLC Auto & Truck Repair Center is looking for an experienced AUTOMOTIVE Warranty Administrator / Estimator to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity offering a hybrid work schedule, competitive salary, and performance-based commission.
What You'll Do
As our Automotive Warranty Administrator / Estimator, you'll play a critical role in keeping our operation efficient and profitable by ensuring every estimate and warranty claim is accurate from start to finish. Please do not apply unless you have previous experience working in the automotive repair industry.
Responsibilities
Qualifications
✔ Automotive estimating experience preferred
✔ Warranty administration experience is a major plus
✔ Experience with Holman, Auto Integrate, Enterprise, or similar fleet management systems
✔ Strong understanding of labor guides and labor operation codes
✔ Ability to interpret technician inspection reports
✔ Excellent attention to detail
✔ Strong computer and organizational skills
✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced repair facility
✔ Excellent communication skills
