Job description

MechanicSpring Valley, MN We are looking for a technician with mechanical and welding skills to help build and maintenance spray foam rigs, as well as maintain our fleet of trucks and trailers, and other specialized equipment. The ideal candidate will have their basic tools and a strong mechanical aptitude. Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain spray foam rigs according to company standards
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on 2-ton box trucks, semi-trucks, and semi-trailers
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
  • Ensure all equipment is in safe and working condition
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs
  • Assist with other duties as needed
Preferred qualifications:
  • Mechanical skills and a strong mechanical aptitude\
  • Own basic tools
  • Welding skills are a plus
  • Experience with spray foam rigs, trucks, or trailers is preferred but not required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $23+ per hourPhysical Demands: This position requires the ability to perform essential functions that involve physical activity in a shop and field environment. With or without reasonable accommodation, the employee must be able to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials and equipment weighing up to 50–75 lbs, and occasionally heavier items with appropriate assistance or mechanical aids; stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and reach for extended periods; work in confined or awkward positions while servicing vehicles or equipment; safely use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and diagnostic devices; climb ladders and access elevated or lower areas of trucks, trailers, and machinery; and work in environments that may include exposure to varying temperatures, noise, dust, fumes, grease, and other typical shop conditions. The role requires sufficient visual, auditory, and manual dexterity to accurately diagnose issues, complete repairs, and maintain detailed records, as well as the ability to safely operate around moving equipment and motor vehicles. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
