Talento Search Group has an opening for a Welding Production Supervisor in Fort Worth, Texas. This is a direct-hire position and the pay range is $38-40 per hour, depending on experience. This position requires a good amount of overtime.



Duties & Responsibilities:


Lead and coordinate welding operations

Manage about 18 employees

Ensure safety, quality, and productivity

Train, mentor, and develop personnel


Experience Needed:


Must have a Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification

At least 5 years of experience in heavy manufacturing or industrial fabrication

Previous supervisory experience

Experience with scheduling and managing workflow
