Serene Souls Counseling Center is seeking a fully licensed mental health therapist to join our dedicated team in a fully remote, telehealth setting. This role is 100% remote, which allows for a flexible work-life balance that is essential for both personal and professional growth. As a telehealth provider, you will utilize a reliable teletherapy platform that enables secure and effective virtual sessions. • Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to gain an understanding of clients' mental health needs and formulate treatment strategies.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with each client's personal goals and therapeutic needs, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Provide individual therapy sessions for adult clients, employing a range of therapeutic modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, and solution-focused therapy.
• Utilize telehealth tools for conducting virtual therapy sessions, ensuring all interactions are compliant with HIPAA regulations to maintain client confidentiality.
• Offer timely crisis intervention services to clients when necessary, employing de-escalation techniques and immediate problem-solving strategies.
• Participate in continuous professional development activities to remain current with mental health best practices, trends, and ethical standards.

As a therapist at Serene Souls Counseling Center, you will work primarily with adult clients from various backgrounds facing an array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clients are committed to their therapeutic journey, providing you with the opportunity to make a profound impact on their lives through meaningful therapeutic engagement.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that promote a strong therapeutic alliance with clients.
• Demonstrated organizational abilities to manage multiple clients and responsibilities effectively.

While we welcome therapists at various stages of their careers, experience in teletherapy and an understanding of diverse treatment frameworks are preferred. A background working with trauma-informed care is highly desirable as it aligns with our commitment to providing compassionate and effective counseling.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 per year, commensurate with your caseload and experience. In addition to a generous salary, we provide:
