Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to identify and understand clients' mental health statuses and needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals and preferences, ensuring they receive tailored support.
• Provide individual therapy sessions to adult clients using evidence-based therapy practices and solution-focused approaches.
• Utilize teletherapy technologies to conduct virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for all clients regardless of location.
• Offer crisis intervention services as needed, helping clients navigate urgent situations with skill and compassion.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to remain informed about the latest mental health best practices and trends in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clients will primarily consist of adults experiencing a wide array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. We prioritize building strong therapeutic relationships, fostering a trusting environment for clients to heal and grow.

Qualifications

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that promote effective therapy relationships.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage individual caseloads efficiently.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

• A competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with your caseload and experience.
