Assistant Manager

Pay: $13.00 – $15.00 per hour Supplemental Pay:

  • $1,000 Sign-On Bonus (Paid after introductory training)

  • $2,000 Stay Bonus (Paid after 12 months of employment)

  • Monthly amp; Quarterly Bonus: 10% of quarterly income increases + monthly performance incentives

About the Role

At Stor All, you aren’t just a "gatekeeper"—you are a Storage Consultant and a business operator. You will manage the daily lifecycle of your facility, from high-level sales and community marketing to ensuring the property is pristine and welcoming for every guest.

A Day in the Life of a Stor All Manager
  • Expert Sales amp; Consultation: You will greet every walk-in and phone customer with energy, helping them navigate their transition by recommending the right unit size and essential moving supplies like boxes and tape.

  • Facility Ownership: You start each day with a physical property inspection to ensure every unit is secure and ready for rent. You take pride in the property’s appearance by sweeping units, mopping, and ensuring the office is "customer-ready".

  • Financial Stewardship: You will manage the store’s cash drawer, balance daily register tapes, and prepare hand-collected and computer-generated reports for the Corporate office.

  • Community Growth: You will build relationships with local businesses to increase our visibility and drive new rentals.

  • Account Management: You will handle the full administrative cycle, from completing lease agreements and explaining insurance terms to managing collections for current accounts.

Work Schedule

  • Experience: Minimum one year of Customer Service or Sales experience (Retail, Restaurant, or Fast Food backgrounds excel here).

  • Skills: Basic computer knowledge in a Windows environment and strong interpersonal communication.

  • Physicality: Ability to perform light maintenance tasks (sweeping, mopping, wiping windows).

  • Background: Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment background check.

  • Reliability: Must have a valid Driver License and transportation.
