In the role of a Registered Nurse with a focus on Medical-Surgical, you will be essential in assessing, planning, executing, and evaluating personalized patient care. You will provide clinical leadership to the patient care team, ensuring that the highest standards of care are upheld during your shifts.
- Evaluate and monitor patient conditions, implementing necessary interventions
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to create and execute tailored care plans
- Offer clinical leadership and direction to the patient care team
- Ensure adherence to all healthcare regulations and standards
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar setting required
- Active Illinois nursing license is mandatory
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification is required
- ACLS (AHA) certification must be obtained within 30 days of starting
- Weekend shifts are required every other weekend
