Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in business administration and/or masterβs degree in a health-related field preferred
- 8+ years of experience in healthcare consulting or healthcare finance and operations; additional years of experience would be required in place of an advanced degree
- Experience working with academic health systems on matters related to organizational design, physician alignment, and funds flow strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects, oversee teams, and coach talent at multiple levels
- Advanced experience with data analysis, structured problem-solving, and executive communication
- Strong business judgment, client management skills, and the ability to navigate dynamic, ambiguous environments
- Proven ability to contribute to or lead business development activities
- Commitment to mentoring junior team members and contributing to a positive culture
- Ability to travel 25% of the time

The estimated base salary range for this job is $205000.00 - $232000.00 annually. It represents a good faith estimate of the range that ECG reasonably expects to pay at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to years of experience, special skills, and market changes. This job is eligible to participate in ECG's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects ECG's pay-for-performance philosophy. The job is also eligible to participate in ECG's benefit plans, which include medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) matching program, unlimited PTO, and other wellness programs.Β
